Our beautiful Kissimmee homes have two master bedrooms, each with it's own
private bath, and two additional bedrooms as well - plus a sleep sofa if needed.
Sleep up to 8 people in beautifully decorated comfort and privacy. 
Our air-conditioned homes feature a private swimming pool out back, a fully
equipped kitchen and laundry facilities, as well as a garage for your vehicle.

Rates & Deposit

High Season - $980 per week ($140 per day) plus tax The week before and after Easter, Thanksgiving Week, The week before Christmas to Jan 2, Last two weeks of July all of August

From June through September your private pool is quite
          comfortable with the heat from the Florida sun. During
          other months, additional pool water heating is available
          for an extra charge to insure the comfort for our guests.
A safe for your valuables is available if desired for a small charge.
A damage/reservation deposit of $250 is required to hold your week.
Our excellent management representative will be available to you
          in Orlando to provide access to our homes and see to any
          special needs while you are with us.
